Birth Doula Services

• 2-3 prenatal visits

• 24/7 on-call from 37 weeks until birth

• Phone, text and email support between the hours of 9am-7pm, and 24/7 during labour

• Support until 2hrs post birth

Because we truly believe that everyone who wants a doula should have one, we work on a sliding scale model, which we feel helps to address the financial and systemic barriers that may prevent people from accessing doula services. We also support Waterbirth and provide Blissborn Prenatal Classes, please inquire for our packages!

We provide services in Spanish and English.

Postpartum Services

Postpartum doulas provide family support, with a focus on the birther-child dyad. We provide breastfeeding support, support with other children, tips and tricks to make your life easier and an extra pair of hands. We will help you with your laundry, cooking and cleaning--- but we’re not housekeepers. We’re all-round baby whisperers (with a trick or two up our sleeves) who will walk and rock your baby while you get two hours of sleep. 

We understand how gruelling, stressful and confusing the first few months after having your baby can be, and we want to help you focus on the beautiful moments that matter. Let us shoulder some of your load.

Car seat inspections

Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians can help you safely install child car seats in any vehicle. You can book an appointment with our CPST.
