Why we do what we do
Birth is a transformative experience. It can fill you up and hollow you out, and you can come out on the other side a changed person. We want that change to be positive. We want to create a safe container for you to fall apart, and build yourself back up.
We want to give you tools to help you ride the transition into active labour. We want to educate you about the amazing and powerful things your body is doing. We want to support your partner, family or other companions in supporting you to the best of their abilities. We want to advocate for your choices and make sure your voice is heard.
We want to walk alongside you in this journey.
